API610 Standard / ISO Standard Chemical Process Pump

Pumps are single-stage, horizontal, radially split volute pumps. The casing is centerline supporting and equipped with a single radially impeller. Featuring axial inlet and radial outlet design. The pump adopts wear rings and balancing holes to realize hydraulic balance. Shaft seal adopts API682 standard mechanical seal and flushing plans. Standard piping design in accordance with national standards, which can cool the centerline supporting pump. The suction flange rating pressure grade is equal to the discharge flange. Pump rotation is clockwise viewed from the motor end.

• Rated performance and pump size compliant with API610 11th edition.
• Cavity size for mechanical seal and soft packing depends on API610 11th edition.
• Back pull-out structure allows rotor part removal for maintenance without disassembling piping.
• Discharge and pipeline located at the middle top for even strength and minimal vibration.
• Low noise operation.

Note: Manufacturing available for both ISO and API610 standards. For API610 requirements, production is fully compliant with the 11th version.
