Type D, DY, DF, and DM multistage pumps are single-suction, segmental centrifugal designs.
Type D is used for clear water delivery. Type DY is suitable for non-corrosive oil products.
Type DF handles corrosive liquids, while Type DM is designed for liquids with limited solid particles (anti-friction).
These pumps feature horizontal installation. Axial thrust is balanced using a balance disk. The shaft seal options include standard packing seals or specialized mechanical seals upon request. Depending on the model, bearings are lubricated with either grease or dilute oil.
Warranty Period:
We guarantee our products for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of dispatch (warranty does not apply to wearing parts). Please operate according to the product description.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the maximum lift head for this pump series?
The pump can achieve a lift head ranging from 33m up to a maximum of 960m depending on the stage configuration.
2. Can this pump handle high-temperature liquids?
Yes. While Type D handles up to 80º C, specialized versions like Type DY and DF can operate in temperatures ranging from -20º C up to 150º C, and even higher for specific steel constructions.
3. What materials are used for corrosive liquid transfer?
For corrosive liquids, we offer Type DF pumps made from cast steel or stainless steel, depending on the chemical properties of the fluid.
4. What are the available driving options?
The pumps are versatile and can be driven by either an Electric Motor or a Diesel Engine to suit different site requirements.
5. How is the shaft sealed in these multistage pumps?
The standard configuration uses a packing seal, but high-performance mechanical seals can be provided based on customer requirements.
6. What does the "85-67x8" in the model description mean?
"85" refers to the capacity in m3/h, "67" is the head of each single stage, and "8" represents the number of stages, resulting in a total head of 536m.
