What are your standard packing terms?
Usually, we pack our goods in neutral boxes. We can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
What are your accepted payment terms?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the remaining balance.
What delivery terms do you offer?
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF delivery terms.
What is the expected delivery time?
Most goods can be dispatched within one week. For large quantity orders, preparation typically takes about 25-30 days.
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have a strict MOQ; small quantities are acceptable for most items.
Can I request a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, we can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock, provided the customer covers the sample and courier costs.
