Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
Q2: Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q3: What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q4: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform 100% testing on all products before delivery to ensure quality.
Q5: How do you guarantee product quality?
If you encounter any quality problems, we promise to replace the goods or return your funds as part of our quality assurance commitment.
Q6: What are your accepted payment methods for orders?
