Mould costs depend primarily on the drawing design, material type, product weight, and quantity. We analyze structures via complete design drawings (PDF/CAD), material parameters, and surface treatment requirements.
Processing reports and production pictures are sent to customers on a weekly or monthly basis for detailed review.
The customer owns the mould. It can be kept in our factory for future orders or managed according to customer preference.
After receiving detailed technical information, we typically provide a formal quotation within 1 to 3 business days.
MOQ varies by chain size: Small chains (pitch < 38.10mm): 1500 meters; Middle chains: 1000 meters; Big chains (pitch > 76.20mm): 200 meters.
